Today, Joshua's practice focuses primarily on entertainment and real estate transactions. With respect to entertainment, Joshua focuses primarily on film, television and new media content (internet and mobile), representing clients in corporate formation, trademarks, copyrights, options, securing talent, production, financing and distribution. Further, it is not uncommon for Joshua to either produce or executive produce his clients' projects. With respect to real estate, Joshua represents clients in short sales (both buyers and sellers), distressed property transactions, tenant-in-common agreements, private lending, leases and landlord-tenant disputes.
